Firstly, my sister and I walked into the ONE female toilet that you have which showed the toilet was ‘vacant’ when it was actually ‘engaged’. Cleanliness of the facilities was average, at best. We then waited 5 minutes at the counter to be served during which time three of the staff who were near the counter had their backs to us and did not acknowledge any waiting customers (not even a ‘just a moment’)
When we were eventually served by a young girl named Brittany, my sister was cut off mid sentence by Brittany during the order and there was no ‘thank you for your patience’ which by this stage was running very thin... Brittany’s attitude and customer service was appalling and perhaps some team training is in order for the staff to remember that they work in a customer service role, because customer service is a very important part of working in Hospitality.
Having received our orders (or so we thought..) my sister and I left very disgruntled and with a very bad impression of both the cleanliness of the establishment and the ‘friendliness‘ of the staff. I will also note that upon opening my order, I had not received what I had paid.
All in all, what a terrible experience from KFC Glen Innes. We will be avoiding this store...

I got a large chips and gravy at the drive through. When I inspected the chips, the box was only about halfway full. I did a u-turn and went back into the driver through immediatly and asked if I could get a top-up Since I had just paid $11.40. The manager then accused me of eating some and insured me that he was the one who served the chips!!! Wich he wasn't. I asked for a refund since he was not will to top up my large chips to a sufficient amount!! He gave me a refund and then.... made me drive all the way back around to the drivethrough to reorder my chips to simply inconvenience me!!!! Read moreFloor was covered in food scraps, tables were streaked and dirty, the heating wasn’t on despite it being 1C and snowing outside. That was before I ordered. Waited for my order for about 25-30 minutes, despite the store and drive-thru being almost empty. After nearly half an hour someone came out to... take my order again. Told them I was still waiting for my order, and was told that they “forgot”. I get mistakes happen but come on, the joint was empty. The entire time I could hear staff laughing and chatting out back, and someone was coughing up their guts (stay home if you’re sick!)
I’m not one to complain usually. I get that mistakes happen. But the state of this store and service was absolutely dreadful...
