I used Liz (of Town Hall Coffeeshop) to cater for my dad's 90th birthday dinner. I live interstate and it was fantastic service. Liz provided crockery and cutlery, for the tables we had organised, then took it all away. We only had to provide drinks and glasses.
The serving sizes were bigger than I expected, the food was delicious, and it all arrived at the table hot and ready to enjoy. The deserts were yummy and the whole process smooth, straightforward and easy. Her servers, Bonnie and Hannah, were efficient, thorough and friendly, too.
