Got a burger here 8 months ago, was absolutely awesome..like omg. Got another burger with the lot yesterday. Why can I say..severely disappointed and dissatisfied. It has hard bits of what I can only assume is like a cow hoof inside the patty. Made me violently Iāll that I was up at night with severe diarrhoea. A blonde girl with glasses made this burger for me, I purchased $32 worth of food including mushroom poppers that were so much different then last time (watery and flavourless). This blonde girl asked us to leave after not providing proof of vaccination..even though we sat at their tables waiting for 20 minutes waiting for this food, my question to this girl..why not ask for vaccination proof before I sit down? She was extremely rude in her mannerisms. The sign is in the wall..you knew before you entered. Well actually I didnāt because there are signs everywhere. But thank you to this disrespectful unprofessional girl for kicking me out of a place Iāve just spent $30 in. If you had of asked me for my vaccination record before I ordered I would have gladly provided. This will certainly be the last time I return. Sorry you lost another customer. Loved the hamburger patty and the salad was always fresh and tasty always took them home never dined in. . The chips were to die for, all up a fantastic meal. But sadly Monday was my last one as they no longer serve to people who donāt have a phone. As my order was paid by credit card before being ask to "sign In" l was told that they can't sell to me as l don't have a phone, and when l said l just paid for them she told me in an unfriendly term to wait outside then, there was no other customers entered the shop all the time l was there . Now l always wear a mask properly when l go shopping as l am a senior citizen and don't want to get sick, and sign into stores before l enter.This is the FIRST time l have been ever told l was not welcome in any store in Australia but the way things are going l suppose it won't be the last. Feel sorry for the owners as they lost so much during the lock downs and now their going to continue...

There were two women working on Sunday and they just made me feel like making an order was an inconvenience to them. Take note that I was the only one in the restaurant. I also ordered an extra on my burger, which I did not receive. When I asked for something else in replacement I was told that I had not been charged for my drink (both of which problems were not my responsibility). I understand an honest mistake as I have worked in hospitality, but anything can be resolved with an apology and some accountability.
