We have been staying at Broardwater Tourist Park since 2009.|We along with family and friends enjoy the location, clean amenities and very helpful staff.||The staff go out of their way to fix problems if you let them know.||We book every year over Christmas & New year periods. ||Love the location as the guys love to fish, and the boat ramps are very close as well.||Because of the location, I am able to walk to the shops.||The staff go out of their way to make sure we are on the same sites each year.||Swimming pools are kept very clean.|There is a jumping castle for the kids.|A place to wash your boat.||I have given five stars because of the cleanness, politeness of staff, and not being a pet friendly Park either, which is awesome!||One thing I don't agree with though, is when we first started going to stay, we were able to defer our sites for one year.|Just incase for some reason we couldn't make it.|We were still guaranteed our same sites the next year.|To my understanding, this has been stopped.|But this is just one person out of a park full of people who might have different thoughts. ||I have some family members who in the past have booked the units as well.|These are very spacious, clean, and practical 👌 ||Last year they had a country singers down the bottom end of the park, he was on his way to Tamworth country music festival. |That was awesome, and I would really enjoy it if they were able to do the same this year.||Highly recommended...

Location was incredible (Broadwater water view cabin), view was amazing, the cabin was very spacious, clean and well equipped, the beds were comfy and the air-conditioning was lovely after being out in the heat all day. ||The balcony was our favourite spot with the bbq/sink and dining setting on the balcony cooking a bbq for dinner was an obvious choice. ||The park's activity choices for children are great with 2 pools, a games room, playground and jumping pillow as well as the schedule of school holiday activities on top, there was always something for the kids to do. ||The bird life is beautiful to watch at the waters edge with a large array of different birds coming and going, but the black swans are a favourite to watch hanging out it the water.||Being central to all the great dining out or in options the variety is endless, there's something for everyone including the many food trucks on the school holiday schedule. ||Honestly my favourite holiday spot, I have been taking my children here for around 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. ||Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay incredible as usual.||10/10 I'm counting down to our...

Booking an en-suite powered site at BTP for the last 2 nights of our roadtrip was the finest cherry on top to end our trip. The en-suite was exactly like photos shown, it was immaculate to the point that we felt bad for dirtying the floor cause it was pouring heavily.

On our last day there we were trapped at our site and couldn’t checkout cause our motorhome wouldn’t start. The team got to work immediately (in a downpour!) working with the front desk to get help, them arriving almost immediately to try working on our vehicle, then more back up came - optional solutions were given (had proactively checked that the site was available for another night if needed), but unfortunately we couldn’t stay as we had to leave for the airport as soon as our vehicle is up running.

Huge kudos to the team for jumping on this to help us - even though ultimately road assistance had to be called, the team definitely made us feel wayyy less panicky and frantic. We didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped us throughout but he definitely knows his stuff - he just didn’t have the right tools for our vehicle.

Thank you all...

The park is situated right on the Broadwater so you can do easy beach walks and swims. There's two swimming pools within the park, one is 1.1m deep all the way through and half shaded. The other goes from 1m to 1.7m. Both pools are well maintained and clean but they could do with a refresh. There is a large jumping pillow for the kids. Check in was easy. We received an email which had all the information we needed to get in and find our site. We had site 121 which was classed as a premium powered site. It had lovely lawn and water views but was a bit tight for our length of around 9m with our ebikes at the back. We had to take the bike rack off so that the rack didn't stick out over the road. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this park to others.

I was recently in the Gold Coast and was unfortunately unable to stay at Broadwater due to the fact that it was school holidays I have stayed at this caravan park on several occasions as my parents live in Southport at Australia Fair what makes this park special is that even though I wasn't able to stay at the park the management helps me find other accommodation if you get a chance to stay at Broadwater it is a terrific location lovely views and helpful staff I've always find the amenities clean and tidy and I look forward to the next time I'm up that way to stay at Broadwater tourist park and a special thank you to the owners for getting in touch with me from mwh

What an amazing place to tough out the Covid-19 Lock Down. Just as we had purchased our new caravan and prepared to head north Covid-19 happened. We were fortunate enough to be stranded at Broadwater Tourist Park. Kim and Paul were amazing. From the moment we arrived (Thanks Paul for helping park the new van) we felt comfortable. The place is so close to the water, the beach and everything that the Gold Coast is famous for. The amenities (Those that were still open) were always spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst we are looking forward to starting our journey, we will miss being at the park.
