Pizza Cittadella — Local services in Gold Coast City

My first experience here was really positive. I was looking up the best pizza joints here on the Gold Coast and Cittadella stood out to me as one of the top two places along with Slice in Burleigh. I have to say, while I have not had the chance to try out Slice, Cittadella's signature pizza 'The Citadella' was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The base is really nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the tomato base was nicely ripened, fresh and full of flavour and to me these two factors is what makes an excellent pizza. Generally this place gets a 5 star. Delicious authentic italan styled pizza but id say they've recently put on the local dominos boy (purcashed 15/01). We got a suprema and the citadella our faves we've got about 5 times. We were doused with mozzarella completely ruining date night. I could have got a topping filled pizza for half the price at three kings or the local fast food pizza chain if I wanted that. Hopefully this was the exception not the new rule!

Simply Put : Blew me away. Staying at Sunbird Resort, felt like pizza so did an extensive search & Review on google maps.. & low & behold I spotted pizza Citadella with 245 positive reviews with nothing below 4 stars... so called in my order & was told 35 mins... arrived there & parked out back (lots of space). Staff were relaxed & friendly, slicing the prosciutto to order (you know it’s fresh). We got a Capriciosa, Citadella, Hawaiian & garlic Bread.
