Crust Pizza Nerang — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Do not give this franchise your money!! My wife and I ordered 2 signature pizzas and 2 sides to be delivered from Crust Nerang on friday the 7th July. We ordered a pizza and clearly asked for no beef as my wife is a vegetarian. Pizza arrived and it was covered in beef. No worries, everyone makes mistakes, we called and asked how long for the right one to be sent out. The person on the phone argued with me that it didnt say no beef on his end even thought it clearly states it on the receipt. He said he would check and call me back. 15 minutes later nothing so I called again. By this time it had been nearly 30 minutes since the first delivery. We rang the store back and said dont worry its too late now just give us a refund for that pizza please. He said a manager would have to call me back to do a refund. Took my name and number. An hour passed and nothing, its now 10pm so didnt call again. On the saturday night called twice and spoke to someone who took my number and said manager would call me. Nothing.... called sunday night, monday night and now twice again tonight. Whats the chances anyone is going to call? When Crust sees this I hope they contact me for a full refund given how bad the service has been. We would have given them a second chance given my pizza was good but not...

I ordered 1 pizza and belgian waffles at 5:19pm, delivery was about 30 minutes. I had gotten no response or call to say it would be late so called the store and was told at 6:19pm that my order was only just leaving then. The store is 5 minutes away! The person I talked to did say sorry but I expect much better service. I don't care how good the pizzas are, if they don't arrive anywhere near the time that was promised. Half an hour late is not acceptable - I might as well order dominos, at least they deliver on time! this will be the first and last time I order from Crust

So the pizza finally arrived 1hr 10 minutes after ordering, semi warm and overcooked, hardly any toppings and look nothing like the photos on the brochure. Definitely not worth $26. I could have gotten a much better pizza from Domino's, eagle boys or pizza hut for half the price. Well done crust, you've lost my business forever. I expect quality when I order a 'gourmet' pizza but apparently that's asking too much. Try gallileos or earth and sea if south...

not a happy customer, !!!!pizza was dry as a old dog bone, wings , we ordered both flavours and they were both the same, under cooked , tastless. driver forgot his eptos machine, so i figured id pay him next day personally, as i dont give my card details over the phone. he rang my phone 7 times, (it was in the office on charge, )then i get a txt message at 10pm to say iam outside your home , pay your bill!!!. seriously you know were i live and my phone number. should of just gone to pizza capers , but no i wanted to give these guys a go. well you lost me, never again, chucked out the menu, wont ever bother again, you need to keep up the standard of the crust name, but you didnt, i have had a pizza from the broadbeach crust and that was amazing. nerang ???? dont waste your money. rude and ...
