The customer service here is is a joke. Had trouble ordering on app ,rang the store. The young man told me only cash payments for pick up, I replied I have never heard of cash only , can I pay on my card , and he hung up on me. I rang him back straight away and asked why he hung the phone up, he replied I thought you said goodbye. I ordered pizza anyway and drove down to pick it up. They yelled out my name and a pizza was missing, but was on order and had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be made. This has happened last time I ordered here, but thought give them another go. The young staff argue amongst themselves in hear shot of customer's. The young girl cutting the pizza looks like she hates her job so much , no smiles just giving off horrible negative vibes, pizza wasn't cut properly. Last time I came for pick up they all stood around talking to each other and wouldn't serve anyone. The delivery boy was the only one that helped , if it's to much trouble and a social gathering it's hurting your business. Won't be back unfortunately as its so close to where I live , when your spending $100.00 on pizzas you would expect better...

We have ordered 4 times since this change and wow what an improvement, all meals have been correct, the staff are lovely, professional and have great attitudes. So good to see the amazing change that has happened by listening to your local community.
Feb 2023- July 2023*This place is an absolute joke to the Domino's brand. The manager is taking the absolute piss, has no idea what he's doing and encourages poor work ethic. Every order we have made, gets taken back because something is missing or wrong. I’m given a pathetic voucher for a bottle of soft drink and garlic bread. Not a voucher to cover what I ordered. I don’t want soft drink and garlic bread, which would cost the company barely $5 when I paid for 3 pizza’s amounting to $60-$70. Any other place would refund the entire amount or replace the exact order. This was the second time I wasted money buying pizza at Dominoes,, ( pretty much the same situation with the first order) between both the orders, it was more than $100 down the drain, as they weren’t even edible! Customers should get their entire meal replaced or given a FULL refund.. This was more than 12 mths ago.. I have deleted the app and all notifications.. I have eaten Dominoes for 30 years, never has it been so bad! I give up and I will never buy Dominoes Pizza...
