A very easy five stars. I'd give six and a half stars if Google would let me (Bakers Dozen - 13/10).

When I first walked in, it was clear that this is a high class outfit. The staff were very friendly and methodical. The bread on the shelf looked and smelled fantastic. I ordered a multigrain roll with ham and salad in it. As the lady was preparing it, I salivated, wondering if my roll would compare to the smattering of goodness that my senses had already encountered...

That roll was food for the gods. A delicious, fluffy and consistent bread with just the right amount of seeds and grains to add that pop and crunch texture that multigrain lovers seek. The ham and salads were delightfully fresh, rounding out the whole experience as something that will draw me back to Mudgeeraba Bakery in the hope of replicating it again. Thankyou. Simply delicious. Had pineapple tart and a slice (cinnamon slice if not mistaken 🤔) to takeaway. Somewhat rarely found items elsewhere. The pinepple tart casing was crumbly and fully baked, pinepple filling had bits of pineapple. Most sweetness came from the top icing, so it wasnt overly sweet as a whole.

The cinnamon slice had a light texture and mild cinnamon aroma. It is not as heavy as pound cake and definitely not like the commonly found slices such as caramel slice.

Pies were alright, they were enjoyable but probably didn stand out much.

Young girl can’t write down an order properly or in legible English so the older woman makes it completely wrong & not in the order of purchase. 3 sandwiches ordered after me all made before mine. Terrible experience today! Try hiring decent staff, quality over quantity! The two twits today I dealt with have ensured I won’t go again!
