Incoming rant. I ordered a chicken and salad roll, even confirmed with the lady that it includes tomato, carrot, onion etc. As extras I asked for avocado and cheese. Paid for all of this and came home to enjoy. Didn’t get anything like what I paid for. Cheese, chicken, avo and lettuce. I rang up to tell them what had happened and the girl that answered was just silent….. then she said And? So I repeated what had happened and she said, no I remember the order and that’s what you ordered. I said no, ask the other lady and ask about our conversation and how much I paid. The young girl clearly didn’t care and said there must have been a misunderstanding, which there was and I agreed. Still, no sorry, or we can replace it next time I can come in. Just a repeated robotic “there must have been a misunderstanding”. I wasted my time to ringing back for a resolution, only to be spoken to rudely without an apology. If an order is written down, the misunderstanding is with the staff not reading it correctly. It is not my fault that I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for. If you have made it this far, don’t bother with this place. The one star...

Since the new owners took over, I’ve noticed a big drop in quality. The famous chips are now consistently undercooked, overloaded with salt, and served in a much smaller box – definitely feels like shrinkflation. The burgers I used to love are now about half the size, with fewer ingredients, yet the prices have gone up.
