Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

They gave me wrong order for my kids pizza, and even after making several calls they did not pickup. I called customer service and they tried calling store multiple times including franchise owner and couldnt get through. Eventually logged a formal complaint with pizzahut. My kids literally went to bed hungry because they couldnt eat other spicey pizzas. I spent more than an hour trying to chase this, while my kids are crying background. Eventually when the store supervisor called i asked for compelte refund and correct pizza delivered for the massive inconvinience caused. They denied that and hung my phone while i was conversating and did not pickup my phone after. The stingy owner did not agree to a simple resolution i provided, now i will be taking this further with pizzahut and requesting a compensation for my time and inconvinience.

The problem is not that they got wrong order, but the fact that i was helpless and no one provided solution including pizzahut customer service. The owner had a chance to resolve this but decided not to. My kids went hungry to bed and i can never forgive the person responsible for this. Shame on you...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I placed an order last night for two large pizzas, garlic bread and chicken wings. I paid $65 for my order and when my partner bit into the chicken IT WAS RAW. As can be seen in the photos this not cooked at all. I called the store last night and asked about this and I was told that “due to it being precooked when it’s heated up the marrow stains the bones”, as you can see this is not on the bone this is the meat itself. My partner has been sick all night and day from this chicken. I then went to the shop at runaway bay today to show them these photos and the chicken itself, I was met with rude and disgusting customer service. The lady I spoke to disregarded everything I was saying and said to me that it’s fully cooked and not raw. I simply wanted to get a refund for my order and that’s it but, no I did not get my refund. My number was handed to the boss of the shop and I haven’t heard from him at all and I went to the shop at around lunch time today. I am disappointed and disgusted in the treatment I have received from Pizza Hut, to serve raw chicken and claim that it’s just stained is an insult to valued...

This pizzahit delivered wrong pizza to us, it was kids pizza and did not pick up the phone.l for 2 hours. We were helpless, they called us 2 hours later. When my kids went to bed hungry. We asked them to refund our money for our terrible experience and hours i spent on phone with pizzahut and tried calling them. The owner was super rude so was the employees who hung my phone on both occasion when i asked for a resolution. The owner did not have care in the world to resolve the issue. Even after explaining him whole issue. He was too cheap and tried to save his $$ and only offered to replace our pizza 2 hours later when they came to their senses. I spent those 2 hours with their customer service and calling them. It was not helpful at all. Eventially gave me credit only for 1 pizza with 30days to use in their own store. Oh btw their employees and owner both hung up on our phone. We travelled out the next day and couldnt use it at all. Shame on you store owner and pizzahit itself who still has not resolved it.
