Subway — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

The girl who served me tonight Kate was really rude, her customer service was disgusting. i felt judged by the way I asked her to make my sub. I asked her to heat the chicken up before toasting and to put the cheese on the actual chicken itself not the bread. (I manage a subway myself) Not only did she give me attitude, she didn’t bother changing her gloves once or washing her hands after mopping the floor when we walked in. The state of the store was dirty & i was not happy with how my sub turned out. The other 2 subs I got aswell were both made incorrectly. While I can't really complain about the food or service, it was the lack of staff that I found frustrating. The poor woman was on her own just as the lunch crowd came in and had to juggle multiple tasks to get to people as quick as she could. Hats off to her for doing a bloody good job though, not a lot of people can multitask like she did, but it's the fact she shouldn't have had to. Other than that the subs were delicious and WARM!!! I’m a huge Subway fan and always order the same regular wrap with all salads. Today, I was down at Elanora and decided to grab lunch. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t up to my usual high standards.
