Zambrero Coomera Square — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Came to get dinner with my roommate's we were served first with a girl who was obviously new, her service and patience was amazing, the supervisor was however the complete opposite. We were met with attitude and she would constantly roll her eyes and undermind the new girl growing impatient with her, mind you we ordered 4 burritos so she was doing her best. The supervisor had nails on and was making a burrito for a young man after us while touching the food without gloves. She nedded to help wrap one of our burritos. Again incredibly rude and impatient with her staff member. Proceeded to roll the burrito not fully and lay it onto the counter with the burrito hanging out of the rap on the counter. We asked her to remake it which she rolled her eyes again. Then proceeded to stand there and say “There is no pork available anymore” we had to make do. Very poor management skills. I have been in hospitality management for 5 years and it was just unacceptable the way she spoke to us and the new girl. Not to mention she has nails on and touched the food with no gloves on. We were served my a lovely girl who seemed new and although it was slower it was fine however the other girl with the lashes and fake nails that was working kept making snappy comments at the girl serving us and was beyond rude not only to her but us throughout the interaction. At the end our girl was struggling to wrap our burritos so instead of helping the other girl took over, wrapped it terribly anyway, touched our food with bare hands then sat it opening on the bench. When I let her know it had touched the bench she rudely asked if I wanted it remade then told me what I wanted was no longer available anyway. I love that they have a Zambrero in Coomera now! However, this store charge extra for having two different sauces. All the other Zambrero's I've been to don't charge extra. I queried this and the staff just looked at me like I wasn't speaking English. They softly said something but couldn't answer my question. I thought they didn't hear me so I asked again and they mumbled something I couldn't hear. If you're going to charge extra for sauces, I may as well go to Oxenford...
