Grilled chicken noodle salad, Wow!
Stopped in at Jac and Eileen's this morning for the first time. After a quick scan of the menu, I settled on the grilled chicken noodle salad and a double-shot flat white. Both were excellent.

Great little quiet place and has so much potential. With so many cafes in the area and a point of difference (being Vietnamese) I’d love to see more of that influence in the menu. How about a breakfast Bahn mi with smoked pork belly and an egg?! Or even traditional dishes like pho or crispy chicken with tomato rice? Vietnamese ice coffee? There’s no viet places in the whole area...

The genuine, friendly service never wavers, and in a sea of nearby cafes, takeaways, and restaurants, this place truly shines. Highly...
