Terrible experience the food was so-so.

It took 40+ minutes (not busy) for a couple of banh mi and Pho, which did not come with herbs. Claimed they were out. This should have been shared while ordering. Inventory issues happen, I get it.

The entire place was run by 4 pre-teens and teenagers without any supervision. My friend and I intentionally observed what was going on in the kitchen.

While I think it's valuable experience for them to develop entrepreneurship and management skills, their parents are well underway toward closing shop if they don't make it meaningful learning with this approach.

We did not ask for a refund ($50+), stuck it out and ended up missing my flight. We felt it would be inappropriate to have this conversation with the youngest guy at the register. Also being conscious of the implications for small business in the these circumstances.

Absolutely lovely... If your looking for the real taste of Vietnam then this is where you need to come while on the gold coast...

My wife being Vietnamese is extremely picky when it comes to Vietnamese restaurants, not only is the food to die for! But the staff are very polite and genuine people (this is becoming increasingly hard to come by on the gold coast in our opinions)

Tried this place for lunch on a gloomy Sunday. Was expecting authentic but was abit disappointed. My pho didnt come out piping hot, they don't use raw beef they only use beef brisket, mind you it was a generous serving of beef brisket. For extra $2.5 for beef balls you only really got like 1 beef ball (cut into quarters) tried the avocado smoothie was also disappointing, not enough avocado in it.
