Disappointed in my experience today. Do you still get take away if you dine in? What happen to a mug or a pot of coffee/tea at a coffee shop? Do they not do that anymore? I mentioned it but no response. I asked because Iād rather make it myself so itās right.
I asked for tea, leave the tea bag in which they managed, but twice said only a little bit of milk, Iām worried, only a little bit of milk of course they said yes. I also ordered a coffee for my friend I was meeting up with. Friend and I take a seat in the corner for a catch up. Takes ages to receive either tea or coffee, only to find out itās sitting on the bench over the other side of the store gone cold! (One of the staff did say they have been sitting for a while so might be cold so they can fix it if neededā¦.. so why didnāt someone bring it over to us?!?!)
Your customers are dining in, why could you not just give them their coffees? I thought it would have been brought over, i didnāt realise that you have to watch for it and go get it. We eventually get our drinks and the tea is white, thereās half a cow in it so i canāt drink it anyway. At this point I didnāt even bother, what an over all disastrous experience.
Thank goodness they had water, even though it was room temperature at least it was something seeing I wasted good money on a cuppa that I couldnāt even drink. Even when the staff member took the full cup away, clearly untouched so somethingās not rightā¦.nope, they didnāt even bother to ask or check. So disappointed, I had to wait to come home from the coffee shop to actually have a cuppaā¦ā¦. Not an experience I wish...

I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service and quality I experienced during my recent visit to your store.
Hereās what I ordered:
1 Matcha Fusion with Strawberry Foam 1 Coffee Fusion with Whipped Cream 4 Chocolate Fusions: 2 with both ice cream and whipped cream 2 with whipped cream only This should have been a straightforward order, yet it turned into an infuriating ordeal.
Ridiculous Repetition: I had to repeat my order FOUR TIMES to different staff members. How is it possible that such a simple order could be so difficult to get right? Terrible Quality: The drinks were bland and completely flavorless. It felt like drinking shaved ice with a hint of sugarānot what I expect when I pay for your products. Lack of Attention to Detail: The whipped cream, which was explicitly requested, was almost non-existent. Why even bother offering it as an option if youāre going to be so stingy with it? I am genuinely shocked at how bad this experience was. Iāve come to Zarraffa's expecting quality and efficiency, and instead, I was met with incompetence and subpar products.
This needs to be addressed immediately. I expect a proper explanation and compensation for this disaster of...

We were handed our order & left, we got on to the highway when I took the food out & this was the poor standard I got. The Zed Bread was rock solid & the Benny Bagel was almost burnt to a crisp. I had asked for extra hollandaise sauce but instead got no hollandaise, a smidge of melted cheese & a very dry, burnt bagel. We paid almost $20 for these items & these had to unfortunately be disposed of.
