I've been ordering the same thing for here all year and then I order it the other day and get told they can't do it (removing an ingredient from an item, like you do at say "Macca's" asking for no pickle). When I asked why, they said it was to do with not being able to measure the same quality of the food at this store than if I ordered it from another store... They were so rude and demeaning, and when I asked why I was able to order it all year and now I can't, I was told that I hadn't got it from there. Did not appreciate being spoken to the way I was in such a condescending manner and basically being called a liar. I had even ordered and received the very item in question just the day before, and AGAIN he told me "no you didn't" - Wont return here or any Zarraffas linked to this Franchisee if that's the way you treat your customers. And just to rub salt into the wound, my friend ordered the exact same thing from one of their other stores the very next day,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRan into a case of staff that do not care for the customer experience, went to the drive through to try and order 2 drinks, she was getting the order wrong and instead of allowing me to finish my order so I could fix it up at the window she rudely rushed me round to the next window with a drive through before I could order my second drink, this could have easily been avoided by her simply saying, "sorry, I cant quite understand you can you drive through to the window please" but no instead all I got was a "drive through" whilst trying to place my order. Not the first negative experience I've had here either including them giving food out but not putting the drinks up with the food and making orders wrong in putting full fat milk in a lactose free milk coffee... Very disappointed in the lack of care for their job or...

The area manager "Chris" was not only rude, but instead of apologising, requested that I pay the outstanding amount of $1.80 otherwise I wouldn't get my order. I noted that I should not have to pay extra for their mistake, while watching him pour the wrong order into a bigger cup without making a new one.
