Jack's Place — Restaurant in Goolwa

The coffee was great! The customer service by one older serving Staff member there, was nothing other than rude, disrespectful and certainly unnecessary! On three different occasions when going there to purchase Take-Away Coffee's and while either making the order or while we were sitting waiting for the Coffee's to be prepared, the same staff member unfortunately conducted herself in the same manner! I was each time tempted to ask this older servicing person what the problem was and why the negative attitude however decided not to as we thought it likely wouldn't make much difference anyway! Needless to say, we haven't been back...

We found Jack's Place wandering down Goolwa high street in search of a light lunch. It's adorable. The staff were welcoming. We had a lovely mug of coffee, and delicious sourdough toasted sandwiches. It's very well-priced. The cakes looked scrumptious. The room is large enough to comfortably seat people away from each other. There are blankets if you're cold. There are cute wears for sale: eco-items, earrings, scarfs etc....

staying at victor harbour for new years and took the steam train to goolwa, stopped by here for a coffee and it’s arguably the best one i’ve had in recent memory! albeit i have a very sugary coffee so those who have black coffee might disagree
