Sushi project is a small sushi shop with great personal service and a beautiful menu of sushi and more. As the shop is small so wait times can be a little. The sushi is fresh and quality ingredients and some different flavour spins that a mainstream sushi shop, Think pork belly and kimchi. They also have ramen, Udon noodles, sashimi etc too. A little on the higher price side as well, but all in all you won't be disappointed

really disappointed after reading all the good reviews here. Wait was 45 minutes. crazy for a take away place with no other customers. Ramen broth was so salty neither my friend nor I could finish it. Pork was ok. I enquiried regarding the platters prior to ordering. When I asked whether the Sashimi nigiri uramaki platter had normal or aburi nigiri, I was told variable and could be either. The vague answer was weird, but I was happy to get any nigiri. After the long wait, the platter arrived with no nigiri. Thats right, the sashimi uramaki nigiri platter had NO nigiri. Instead, it was replaced with cut up cheap sushi rolls. Yes the kind that sell for $2 in food courts. When I went back and enquired with the staff, her argument was it varies. Then she said the chef forgot to change the menu, despite the fact I enquiried about the platter before ordering. After that she disappeared to the back to speak to the chef (apparently they share the chef with the Japanese restaurant next door, which we were thinking about going to and luckily didnt), only to return and grab the 4 pack of nigiri that had been sitting in the counter for quite a while and hand it to me, stating that I was getting an amazing bargain and normally I would only get half the amount. So according to her, if you buy a platter from this place, it would always be half empty, and I should be thankful I got a whole platter and shouldnt complain about missing items. Seeing that I wasnt pleased, she begrudingly offered a refund. But by this stage, I had waited an hour and was starving so I just took the food. In addition to the salty ramen, the rice in the sushi was also not great (I eat sushi rice almost daily and know what good sushi rice taste like). Overall, an absolutely terrible experience. Definitely not...

I ordered a platter of Sushi and Sashimi from this place and I can say with confidence everything was so fresh and food was very authentic. Being Japanese living in overseas, it is not so easy to find a great place where provides amazing sushi and sashimi. This really reminded me of Japan and I highly recommend it. The rice was cooked perfectly and all the ingredients were top quality.

Thank you so much for your delicious food! The only problem is that I can not go there very often. I wish this place was closer to me. Definitely a must go to anyone passing...
