Brew Jays Coffee — Restaurant in Victoria

We visited after dinner on Friday night for a drink. We were the only people there, the service was slow for 2 cocktails. Unfortunately I think the young staff member working didn’t know how to make them. The espresso martini was horrible, watery, and extremely bitter from the huge amount of cocoa powder on the top. The peppermint crisp was made with Sambuca or Ouzo - something with liquorice… not peppermint. We drank them out of politeness and then promptly left. The place has potential and I think we were unlucky this night. Daylesford certainly needs more places to enjoy a late evening drink outside of the classic pubs, so I do hope...
