If a business has to chase money for deposit just hours before service then it's desperate for cash. I recently booked my wife and I for fathers day and just hours before our appointment the reception called wanting half the money as a deposit, ok so we payed it but on arrival we were asked to fill in a personal information sheet for the business, I replied, I don't work here I'm a paying customer and I don't do your paperwork for you but I'm happy to give you my information and sign . But the receptionist replied that if we don't fill it out we can't have the service. So we asked to speak to the owner but was told they would call me back tomorrow. They never did and after a number of emails they still have the money. Very sad but that's how they treat their paying customer. Some business people put customer's first and others put money first 🤣🤣🤣 well they did want the money before the service 🤣🤣👍🏻 surprised they did expect me to massage myself too 🤣🤣🤣 AFTER THEIR RESPONSE, Really , I was hostile and aggressive 🤣🤣🤣 you guys are really a peice of work , we spent three days in Daylesford and we never had a problem anywhere else . My Therapist, Renee, was so very skilled at pin pointing and applying pressure, only where it was needed. Falling fast asleep (due to total body relaxation) was so imminent, but I fought off the urge to slumber as I didn't want to miss a second of those wonderful massaging hands. Last 10 minutes of the body massage included head & scalp, WOW, how absolutely invigorating, right down to my hair follicles - AMAZING ! Session finished off with a 10 minute foot massage - and who wouldn't love one of these, totally fabulous. The so called "rose milk " bath seemed to just be a hot tub with bubbling jets . I expected something a little more luxurious . I didn't feel or smell anything in the bath or on my skin afterward that suggested it was "rose milk".
The "signature massage" was 30min of what I can only describe as having moisturiser applied with massage like strokes. I was under the impression that it would be a slightly more thorough remedial /relaxation type massage, applied with massage oil.
The receptionist and our therapists were very lovely and attentive. I left feeling relatively relaxed. Overall the experience was satisfactory, however I didn't really feel it was valued at the price we paid. Sadly I won't...
