Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Insult to injury now. I received a reply from the head office about the post below asking me to go to the Link which I did; it’s the same link I used in the beginning and it’s just a generic response again. They will just fob off the customers and obviously hope that they drop it but no !!! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve been through with takeaway delivery. 3 weeks ago I ordered six large pizzas a load of sides and drinks totalling under $100 for lunchtime. It took them an hour and 20 minutes to deliver when I’m only six minutes down the road. They never had the courtesy to contact me to say there was a delay instead when the man turned up with a delivery he totally lied. He said that one of the pizzas had got burnt so they all had to be redone but all the pizzas were lukewarm they hadn’t been redone and he said he put a couple of bottles of drinks in to make up take ing an hour and 20 minutes to deliver but I’d already paid for the drinks. When I did the order with Pizza, I was told 30 minutes maximum. I’ve taken it to the head office, received a generic response to say they are looking into it two weeks ago and absolutely nothing else. before when the young girl Jess was managing this Pizza Hut but isn’t anymore, never had any issues but I would never use this Pizza Hut again and there was 11 people at my home waiting for these pizzas to deliver Direct from Pizza Hut. This is not an Uber issue. We are all locals on the Peninsula and we will never use this place ever again. when I rang up the head office they couldn’t even get hold of the franchise when we’re waiting for the delivery, the most dishonourable and unprofessional...

Would rate zero stars if i could. (I had 5 stars for this location until today.) New management is appalling and rude. We had to wait almost a minute while he worked out how to take ham off a ham and pineapple, he asked if we wanted plain cheese pizza when we asked for vegetarian and then rolled his eyes when we asked for a margarita with no cheese. These were all personal pan pizzas and half way through the order he left us mid way through and went out the back which we thought he was dealing with the small child running around out the back but he said they only had a certain amount of dough out for 6 small pizzas ... we assured him we only wanted 6 personal pans but we aren't finnished the last order. After he rolled his eyes and licked his finger to touch the touch screen... we were about ready to leave but ordered the last 2 things.hoping to just be done soon, 2 garlic breads and a bottle of soft drink. He then tells us it's $54.00. Never in the history of us ordering the same thing for years has it ever been more of a drama and doubled in price under new management apparently. Staff, no.... Owner was rude, zero customer service and after a month still can't work out the register. Licking finger was 😲. Child on the loose out back with the ovens, doesn't seem professional. Price was doubled what it should have been or maybe he just ordered whatever he thought even though we touched the size.of the box we wanted (personal pan) Order was too difficult for him even when we were patient, so we left as it was obviously too difficult and a problem.

Ordered our usual 3 pizza and sides deal. We always order thin and crispy, nobody here likes the doughy pizzas. This store has gone downhill in the last few months.

Order took over an hour to arrive. We ordered at 4pm so not a busy time of day. Delivery driver said there was a mix up with the orders and it caused a delay. I told him that the pizzas better still be hot, he said they were. One of the pizzas was NOT thin and crispy so we threw it in the bin, we HATE thick crust pizzas. This was obviously a problem with their online order system as the manager argued and said that was what we ordered. Look up our history mate, we have NEVER ordered a doughy pizza before.

All the pizzas were luke warm and tasted horrible. The crust tasted stale.The doughy pizza we threw out had hardly any toppings on it anyway. Garlic bread was undercooked with unmelted butter in it. After eating a few slices of the correct pizzas, they all went in the bin with the wrong pizza and garlic bread. What a huge waste of $$$.

The only thing that was right was the 2 soft drinks. With the price of pizzas now you would think they could at least get an order right. After years of ordering from this store we will never be going back. Ruined our...
