I can't complain about the food itself it's always cooked beautifully and other than one manager down there which she is always answering the phone to her friends and giggles as she says don't call me at work and that's like 10 times in 10 minutes a phone her, I know this because I still there waiting to order what she's on the phone to her friends they hung up but she re-answering before even really truly acknowledging me, but that's not my problem my problem is that every time I order normally about $70 worth of food and dessert they hundred percent guaranteed have to forget at least one thing in your order just now they delivered $69 worth of food and they forgot two whole garlic breads and a large bottle of Pepsi, normally it's a few sauce sachets or toppings what you asked for. Read moreAt 5:35pm on Wednesday 4/01/2023 I called Dominos in Capalaba. I asked for the store manager (I won't mention their name). I explained to the employee that I’m currently working full time and I asked whether there were any positions available as a delivery driver for evening shift and was not given an answer.
The employee then asked how old I was to which I replied ‘not that it’s relevant but I am 33’ the employee then said ‘sorry we don’t hire people who are too old due the hourly rate pay’ I was flabbergasted.
I said to the employee that I cannot believe what he had just said then employee proceed to suggest getting a part time job with a bottle shop, service station or Woolies.

Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter works at Domino’s Capalaba, and I know I’m biased but I had a proud dad moment while waiting for my order. A customer had his hands full, and she offered to walk his drinks out to his car. She was polite, full of positive energy, and genuinely helpful.
What made me proud was seeing that she’s learned to treat people with respect and take every opportunity to deliver great customer service even at a pizza shop. That attitude matters.
After that, I started watching how the rest of the team worked, and I was honestly impressed. Matt was the next staff member up and kept that same level of quality service going. Then Emma, the manager, greeted customers with a big smile and made everyone who walked in feel welcome.
