Domino's Pizza Morayfield — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I highly recommend to run away from this place, if there is minus score, I would give them.

We did order pizza tonight and it has been raining all day and night, we found that our pizza was delivered but the food was sitting on the wet grass on the street in front of our gate on the nature strip, they didn't even come to our property, even we already left the gate opened for them to come in and didn't knock our front door but they said they knock the gate which is far away( who would hear someone knock at the gate?).

We are really really disappointed with their service, since we just wanted our refund back but they made us drive back with all the food to be able to refund even we have paid for delivery, and we told them that we will leave food at the front gate so they can get it back their food but they said we need to bring it back to the shop that's the only way to refund ( what a service and the way they do business is unacceptable).

Just wonder if anyone would eat food that left on the floor outside your property with wet weather? To be honest, if we ask someone who is the most stupid on earth, they would know that should not leave food on the floor especially on the raining day and night.

Not at all, in the past, we often received burn pizza and looks yucky when we open the pizza box, it was not human quality to eat at all so I just thrown it to the bin.

I always wanted to make a complaint here but always ignore and hope they will improve one day but it dosen't seem like what I thought. The sure thing is we are no longer be your customer anymore. Good...

So, i once got 4/5 pizzas done wrong over 2 deliveries done within just a few days, only got one offered back. And recently i had the exact same issue they had where i ordered the cheeseburger pizza and they forgot the mayo on top. Did not offer a replacement. I only ask for what i paid for, nothing more, nothing less. I won't be returning to this specific dominoes again. If i move and find another, maybe there will be better. I've only had 1 issue with delivery in half a year, i can't complain there. Had an issue on call where i chose the wrong payment method, i called to cancel so i could choose the right one, and the staff member flat out lied and said i said i didn't have the money. I had no cash, but i did have the money in paypal which is what i wanted to use. I can't recommend this specific place, not after so many screwups of the exact same kind, so often, and getting minimal compensation for the wasted money and food. Get pizza hut, it's nearby and i've never had an issue with them.

Edit: in response to the response, just do your jobs right and give me a damn replacement so I'm not throwing away good food or spending money I shouldn't have to to get a so called free pizza with my non existent next order. This is still 5 pizzas that weren't replaced...

Had a bad experience - I ordered on the app for delivery due to being sick. I sat out the front of my house waiting for delivery and then the app updated stating it had been delivered when there was no delivery person in sight. I then called up to see what had happened, only to be told that it was delivered and then told I need to "look around for it" while I was literally sat for an hour at the front waiting. The manager then spoke to me and told me his delivery person pointed on a map to my house and stated they delivered it to the correct place and that I should walk around my property to find it?!

I honestly was made to feel stupid and had to argue that no one had showed up until the manager gave in and sent out another delivery person, only for my order to be completely wrong and I was sent garlic bread and a drink, when I ordered pizza only. They then returned with my pizza a while later - this whole ordeal lasting over 2 hours.

Funnily enough, the next day a person from 2 streets over knocked on my door stating they had pizza left on their doorstep with my address on it!!!!
