Hello Harry The Burger Joint (Strathpine) — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Terrible burger. Asked for a burger with crispy bacon, instead of maple bacon and no pickles. Was assured this was possible. When it was delivered, she said it was maple bacon, I said I asked for crispy bacon instead of maple. She asked if I wanted it changed, I said yes. 10 mins later a new burger, it tasted like maple bacon… putting maple bacon back on the grill to make it crispy is still maple bacon, oh and it had pickles. The lady had a bad facial expression the entire time, like she didn’t want to be there (Older lady). Then when she collected the burger, she asked if it was ok, I said no it wasn’t, as I only ate 1/4 of it it was still maple bacon, I don’t like it as it was sweet: she asked if I wanted to take it home…… I said no thank you. I've tried Hello Harry's several times now so I can confidently say that they consistently produce high quality food (at least from what I've tried). On one occasion they prepared my order incorrectly but this was handled with the utmost professionalism and didn't prevent me going back for more. My favourite item is the grilled chicken burger, with added green goddess dressing, cheese and bacon on a gluten free bun - messy but oh so delicious! The sweet potato fries are AMAZING! Crunchy on the outside, soft and delicious inside.

The one thing I would suggest is that if you have special requests not covered by the check-box options, order instore rather than on the app. Any special instructions made in the dialogue box at checkout apparently don't go through to the cooks. Paid for 2 beef burgers, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks and 2 chocolate milkshakes just now on uber. Incredibly disappointed with the quality and lack of food!

I can't believe how much this place charges for 2 burgers that are incredibly flat and underwhelming (really sickly and not in a good way!). The chicken strips are flavourless, but also have a weird aftertaste to them (too floury). The mozzarella sticks were thick and stale, not in any way stretchy.
