I specifically asked if the Mayo in the karaage was sweet chilli and was told multiple times it wasn’t. I asked for extra regular mayo to go with my meal which I was charged $1 and I was okay with. It came out drowning in sweet chilli mayo and I reminded the staff member that I didn’t want that because I don’t like it. They took the bowl to the back and covered the sweet chilli with regular mayo. I told them again that I didn’t want sweet chilli and I can see it’s still there and covered. They took it to the back and tried to cover it more - it’s now drowning in both mayos - yuck. I said no and I paid extra for regular. I was offered a free sushi and I told them no thank you I just want what I paid for. Finally when they brought out the correct meal they gave attitude as if it was my fault that they kept trying to give me disgusting food that I specifically didjt request. Worst quality takeout I've had to date. So soggy- it had to be sitting there all day. I tried to get through it due to hunger, but I had to throw it out. Not to mention the fact that I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl and got given the Chicken Katsu curry. I specifically ordered the Teriyaki bowl due to my dietary requirements, it's important to get these things right. I now feel ill due to this error. I agree with all the other poor reviews, it seems the same mistakes are being made repeatedly. Thankfully uber eats refunded my order due to all these valid points mentioned, which I supported with photos. I got karrage chicken rice bowl from here the other day, and it was the worst meal I had in my life. I remember biting into the chicken piece and it was slimy and bubbly from it not being cooked enough or either the chicken was off. I wish I had of taken photos cause I was generally worried I would get sick from taking that bite. The rice was the only good thing, but the sauce only came with the mayo not the other sauce it usually has. chucked it out immediately, please don’t come here it’s absolutely trash.
