KFC Strathpine Food Court — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Ordered via the app at 7:35, marked myself as "instore for pickup" at 7:40, at 7:50 front counter staff told me there would be a 20min wait "or.....". Since I was offered no alternative, I said I would wait. At 8:10, I informed the front counter staff that 20minutes had passed. They checked and said it would be only 2minutes. At 8:17, I reminded them that they were 5min passed 2min. I received my order around 8:25, missing two large chips and my drink. I asked for these and was told they would have to cook more chips. Seems the chips were already cooking as I received these less than 5min later. I drove the food home. My two zinger burgers were not zinger burgers. All the chicken apart from the nuggets were so bland and tasteless! Like they were dipped in flour only, then fried. Secret herbs and spices? SO SECRET THEY DID NOT EXIST! Terrible food....

Ordered a 3 piece box, first thing said oh haven't got any chicken at the moment but it's cooking. So I waited for 20 minutes finally got it. It's supposed to be golden the chicken !!! Not black as soot, it was the worst chicken ever and it's always the same at this store. Hadn't been back since last bad meal about 6 months ago thought I'd give it another shot...but no still as bad as ever. Won't be back Ever.😝🤢😡 Tried to go to the web site you said didn't work. What's more to explain. At lunch time the store should have chicken....shouldn't have a 20 minute wait and the chicken should be golden brown not burnt to a cinder, dry and tasteless. Staff are so inexperianced and don't know what's going on...no manners either. Last three times I've been there...

Came to the food court with a friend for lunch. He joined the lengthy queue at McDonald's for his food, and I jumped on the KFC app to order mine. There were maybe as many as half a dozen people waiting for their orders. Fifteen minutes after I'd placed my order and told the app that I was at the restaurant, I went to the counter and asked if they had my order. I was relieved to hear that they had my order and it would be up soon. It would be another 11 minutes before I would finally hear my name called, and only another one minute while they fetched my drink.
