I went in last week with 20 of my workmates, we loved the food (even though it was so expensive for such small servings) and the service was great, a young blonde girl looked after us and she was lovely. Fast forward to a week later, I couldnāt wait to take my best friend in, we go in for lunch, we both order chicken and chips from their online QR code menu, for some reason the menu decided to randomly add a Great northern to our order. We immediately inform the young lady and she said we can change it to a soft drink. The bosses wife came over to us and told us we need to pay for the beer that was āorderedā and āhow could we do such a thingā. The boss man came over to us, slammed the receipt on the table and showed us that we ordered the drink, we explained that the young girl already said we can change the drink to a soft drink. He was yelling at us and telling us we had to pay for the beer even though we werenāt getting it. He yelled at us that pouring the beer cost him money and now he has to throw it out. Mate if you own a restaurant you have to expect hiccups like that, absolute idiot, he then yelled at us to not use the QR code system because this issue always happens⦠he spoke to us like we were dumb although we have both worked at Pubs and we know the cost of beer kegs. We were so close to getting up and leaving. Then we got our āchickenā there was more fat than chicken and came with probably 10 chips each⦠$23. Get a grip. Even the poor young girl apologised for the old man owner being strict. I can tell you now, all of the 20 workmates I came in with the week prior wonāt be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed after reading all good reviews thought we'd like to try Korean food. My son a high dining chef had said often the Korean experience was best experienced in house rather than take away & so I wanted to enquire if they did a tepanyaki type of service. I encountered an extremely rude & ignorant middle aged, balding male Caucasian staff member who interrupted when I was briefly asking a Korean staff member for descriptions of meals as it was not clear from online menu. I was told to just look online for a description & if I had concerns not to eat there. The place was empty with only one table of 2 customers!!! I looked around to see how covid compliant/clean the place was esp after witnessing the Caucasian male wandering round with his mask under his nose - not at all covid compliant- and spraying fly spray at the tables. Instead of reassuring potential customers they were covid compliant with a high std of hygiene he basically wasn't interested & told me to go elsewhere! I would have thought a new business, esp in this current difficult climate would be doing all they could to encourage custom. Their loss as we went elsewhere & gave them our $60 custom!! Won't be back that's for sure & won't recommend. If you want to succeed I suggest putting that rude staff member out the back - he does not know how to relate to customers & get him to put his mask on before the public health...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a great experience at this Korean restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food came out super fast and fresh. Everything we tried was delicious.
The naengmyeon (cold noodles) was light, refreshing, and full of flavor. The bibimbap came sizzling hot with fresh ingredients, and the gochujang sauce brought it all together perfectly. The Korean pancakes were crispy, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with the dipping sauce. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of mayo.
The side dishes were fresh and flavorful, especially the kimchi and pickled radish. Everything tasted so well-prepared, and you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. Iāll definitely be coming...
