Asked for salad and the server gets bowl an adds all my things to it. He then stands and with his gloved hands begins to toss it for five minutes mushing the tomato etc. When asked to stop playing with my food he then placed it in takeaway container. Asked for seafood which he scooped two balls onto salad and at which point I said..Stop playing with my food. Drop it on and leave it alone ..Manager came out to take over . Asked for Blue cheese dressing which she begins to liberally squirt back and forth. Asked her to stop and repeated to her. I asked you to just put it on the seafood and she says oh yes. How hard is it to listen to the customer in a buissiness that offers customer service as part of their buissiness . Listen to your customers and don't assume you know what the customer wants. Not being picky but young people working in these places need to listen. Read moreJust an update from the last review, went into this store just before as it was late and didn't want to drive to Caboolture. It seemed as though the girl who served us was still training, but the service was 1000% better, our subs were made beautifully by her. Thanks to this experience will definitely be back to the store, that's if she stays and the other staff members who were there stay. The staff appeared to be a lot happier and working better as well without the previous rude staff member who was there a fee weeks ago...... Probably the worst made sub I have seen (even while working there many years ago), everything just thrown on, tomato was grabbed from under the drip tray instead of getting a new tub of tomatoes out, cucumber was cut way to finely.... Got a sub and cookies was not offered a bag either....
