KFC North Lakes Food Court — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Ordered the giant feast and employee took our money and placed order. When our meal was ready the employee told us there was no coleslaw so he replaced it with chips and no large potato and gravey so replaced it with 2 potato and gravies. When asked why he did tell us this when he took our order he just laughed and told us with a bit of attitude that he replaced it with chips and smaller ones. When you have 2 small children and have lined up for 10 minutes waiting for food, you just want to get your food and go, so though the thought of getting a refund was considered we decided not to line up somewhere else. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last. Will never go there again and by the amount of complaints we observed in the 10 minutes we were waiting we won't be the only ones. Today I woke up and decided to leave the senior home for the first time in a long time and decided to eat at kfc at 3:10pm. The last time I ate here I was dissatisfied. A boy named Nathan served me and he was very sweet, he had no problem with my order of 10 wicked wings and large chips and we talked about each other’s day there were no other customers waiting so we had a nice chat.
