Lisa's Willow Tree Cafe — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

After all the positive reviews we thought we would give it a try. Ordered the big breakfast and a bacon and egg burger along with two coffees. Service was painfully slow. Waited 40 minutes for breakfast. No sign of the coffee. Finally, breakfast is brought out. Asked for BBQ sauce, didn't get any. No salt, pepper or cutlery on the table though I did see it on other tables. This was brought out for us. I asked when the coffee was coming out. Soon, I was told. Virtually finished the meal and the coffee turns up with an apology for being late. Coffee was ordinary and we both didn't finish it. A hidden little gem!! Serving nice cafe food at very reasonable prices, not to mention very friendly and attentive customer service. This cafe boasts an eclectic style with lots to look at. They even have trinkets, handmade made cards, earnings, hair ties and other random goodies that you can purchase. The crepes were a nice breakfast choice, from the accompaniment of fresh fruit, Nutella, whipped cream and ice cream it was just a shame there weren't more crepes on the plate. The melts with chicken, avocado and cheese was another tasty little option and although the menu isn't that big there are a good variety of choices. This is the best coffee shop I have ever been to today 7/7/25 From the time I walked in the door it was a special atmosphere All sorts to buy, free books, can also leave some too Being school holidays things going on for kids Everyone seems to know Lisa the owner, especially the kids (high fives with big smiles) and customers too Some just come each day for coffee and the company and friends they have made there She helps so many people and checks up on people who haven't been in for a while too May God bless this wonderful lady 🙏 It really made my day to see someone so giving Yours...
