WARNING: ABSOLUTE WORST KEBABS

My experience with this kebab store really was one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had.

I ordered the mixed platter, poor serving amount, handful of rice, only one type of meat and it was all the burnt and old edges that were scrapped off the bottom of tray not freshly cut, also missing sauce and tomato was that soggy tomato you get when its been sitting in the cabinet all day. Returned the next day with entire meal to ask kindly for a refund as was not able to eat it and after being grilled by the manager who was extremely rude and arrogant and said i wasn't entitled to a refund and i obviously had never eaten turkish food before which was a weird comment to make, he asked me to take a $20 note and go into the stores next door and request change of $10 & two $5 notes, once i did this to help him with my refund he then tried to change his mind and argue with me for a further 5 minutes as to why he didn't think they were valid reasons for a refund, apparently the tomato is always old and soggy and forgetting meat and sauce is acceptable and next time i should just eat it.

I will never return here, this issue could of been easily sorted with a genuine apology, a quick and easy refund and asking for me to return to allow them the opportunity to provide me with better service but instead the manager chose to argue and be arrogant. Customer service 101 take every mistake as an opportunity to do better and turn an unhappy customer into a repeat...

unbelievable place!!

food: i’m not familiar with the closing time, but every thursday & friday; they genuinely are still open after i finish my 10pm shift!! to say the least the food is GREAT. everytime i’ve gotten a HSP the taste has been consistent. it never tastes different & remains delicious. the HSP is a good filling size & has a generous amount of sauce. i would further like to say their gozleme is AMAZING.

customer service: the people are always willing to hear you out & always work an to an understanding if something is missing. i once retrieved my wallet from this place 4 days after i left it. the owner held on to it, but was going to turn it to the police after a week! these people are seriously so nice. as of today, i ordered a gozleme but they couldn’t make any more… so they offered me a HSP for the same price.

i personally think this store is amazing & have nothing but love for them. this is my first ever review, as i do not like doing reviews … but i genuinely thought i’d praise this store. please...

The owner has been very rude lacks professionalism in his position. He tried to get out his personal grudges all the time. He himself is rude and disrespectful.

Second time as being a uber driver these people and the girl on the counter has crossed her limits. If you have any personal relations with the owner dont make us the part of it. The situation that happened was with me so eveb if you want to discuss you should discuss it with me not with the people who are known to me. This is very unprofessional on your behalf to share my personal information with the people who are in my contact. One of my friend shared his experience and told me that one of the girl on the counter started sharing about your incident to him and started complaining about my situation to my friend which is disturbing and disappointing towards my privacy. You need to understand that if you have problem with the person , share it with them before they meet you and you have no rights to pass on the information or complaint about me...
