Baskin-Robbins North Lakes — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I had my friends birthday yesterday night and I was desperate to get a cake. I rang them up at 9:46 pm and told them that I would be reach in 7mins. I don't know who I spoke to it was a girl, she misguided me to come to store before they close at 10pm and pay by card. I rushed and went to store by 9:57pm. The store was already closed and I was outside and had knocked the door and they looked at me and were hiding at the back. I told them I need a cake and they came outside after 5mins of waiting and they said we are closed and we can't serve you anymore. Bunch of idiots playing with customers on the phone and not doing their job right is not a joke, they don't deserve to serve customers. If I own that store, I would terminate them immediately, they were just playing with peoples emotions. Which is frustrating.

After I have given the review owner of the store Mel reached out to me to email this to her and she looked into the matter and had gone above and beyond to address this issue. She felt very bad about all this offered me a gift card to visit her store again. This made me change my mind and I have updated my review, will definitely go to visit her store again soon. Great customer service from owner of the store, really appreciate her putting her time into all of this. Thanks...

Terrible customer service "Jem" was so rude from the moment my boyfriends mother walked in towards her, having attitude, not smiling, didn't fill the tub up fully as there was a quarter missing, wouldn't let me use my staff discount as I'm from another store, and my boyfriends mum asked if we could get a cooler bag for free with the 4 small take homes as it works out more expensive and she wasn't having it said very rudely "no you can't do that only with regular tubs" made us feel very un welcomed and didn't get what we paid for at all hardly any ice cream In the tubs and when we got home (only a 10min drive) the tubs were complete liquid as she refused to give us a cooler bag. Never had such a bad experience at an ice cream shop! Don't go there you will be disappointed with the service and serving sizes....

I had promised my son that if he got good marks on his maths homework that i would take him out for icecream sundays (he is 7 years old). Upon entering the store he exclaimed "yay icecream!" The lady at the counter began yelling at him to behave himself and to learn how to act and not to raise his voice in her store. She then said i needed to start hitting my son whem he acts up. I was shocked. My son is a very well behaved little boy. But as with all small children he can get a bit carried away with excitement. I was shocked and appalled. Icecream was delicipus.
