McDonald's — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I was there with my Grandson of 6yrs old & daughter. We had eat in dinner there, first time since covid set in. The restaurant was constantly being maintained hygienically, with designated staff for this purpose. I was so happy to see how the staff was so vigilant with cleaning a superviser like surveying how & where the 2 young staff were sanitising. After we received our meal at our table, a little later, I was so surprised when a staff member approached us to see if we were enjoying our meal, which our meal was lovely & fresh right temperature, yes good food. I also was going to go & order another drink for my Grandson. The young guy said he can get it for us, I don't have to leave my seat. Which was a surprise to me, but he not only ordered it & returned with my receipt & change, he also went & got the drink for us also, when it was ready, the whole time keeping distance where possible & wearing gloves. That was WOW!!! service, I never expected from McDonald's. The whole time this was happening another staff member came over to continue cleaning the area that the young guy started. She greeted us & also enquired if we wanted anything else & cleared away all refuse from our tables that may have been in our way. My Grandson enjoyed playing in the the play ground, which on entering the instruction to sanitise hands first on the door, he recognised key words & did so with the restaurants wall mounted sanitizers. Which he may have been a bit over zealous with doing, as he was back out of play area to sanitise his hands then back in to play, until his dinner was ready. The staff got a little amused & 1 staff commented on how cute he is along with how good & vigilant he is with hygiene. We had a little light chat about him, we thanked her for her lovely compliments & also a big thankyou for the service & our food as it was all amazing. I have to say that We really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant very enjoyable, delightful, no complaints, relaxing atmosphere. The great staff with a priority in hygiene also customers comfort & care. We left the restaurant feeling so relaxed & Grandson's tummy totally satisfied & he a little less energetic, for bedtime soon. Im now thinking incomplete orders are dleiberate or at least let go, relying on the 99% who never complain to boost the profits of the Caboolture South store. NEVER expect the whole family to be fed. NEVER put in group orders. NEVER tell someone what you want or they are getting. NEVER use drive-through by yourself. ALWAYS have someone to check your order. NEVER drive to the next window when asked. Aways get a receipt. NEVER expect to be able to contact this store not ever. NEVER expect to be able to contact any department during a particular time, day or weekend period. Your NEVER getting that money back. NEVER let someone spend the last of their money on your meal, It super sux paying for things you know your not receiving. NEVER pay anyone in advance for your meal. NEVER tell anyone their eating Mcdonalds from this store. ALWAYS let everyone know early that its a suprise who doesn't eat McDonalds from this store. NEVER use drivethrough if you live more than 5 minutes away. NEVER purchase from this store unless you are willing to drive back with everyones meal. NEVER try to contact this store. How much do they make just through wrong orders everyday. They probably sook about the 5 they replace a shift, when 50-100 are wrong. When ordering larger orders from Caboolture South it is more than likely wrong. Definitely geater than 50% if ordering for 4 people or more. This was our first time visiting this McDonald's but we found it to be a big improvement from the one where we used to live. The store is lovely and open with plenty of natural light and potted plant life to encourage natural air, and it looks great decoratively too. We came in the evening around dinner time and the store was pretty quiet, the service was fast, there was no line and the counter staff were friendly, courteous, well presented and were quickly able to take the correct order, the cook staff delivered a well-prepared and presented hot meal and cold drinks to our table; we had table service as we were eating in and we found the service quite fast and the server polite, the table setting to be quite cosy with plenty of natural light as well as some really pretty low hanging lights. The whole restaurant was neat and clean and tidy and there was staff walking around at all times wiping the tables and emptying the bins. They do have a quite exceptional looking play area for the children as well however as it was night time we didn't actually go on it and I didn't see it that well in the dark. This will be our regular McDonald's now as we've recently moved up the road from it so I'll be able to give my opinion on other areas of this McDonald's as we visit more often, but for our first visit we are exceptionally pleased and will most definitely be coming back to...
