Hate to leave such a harsh review but I'm so sick and tired of the issues every single time I order. Always either wrong order or just plain inedible pizza. 5 minutes ago our latest order arrived and once again the incorrect pizza. The ice creams I purchased were also melted and completely mangled when I opened them. Now just about to go through the drama of numerous phone calls and an additional wait to rectify. For goodness sake guys, GET IT TOGETHER!
Update...after half an hour on the phone on the Pizza Hut hotline they informed me the store was not answering the phone and they had left a message for them to call me. Finally a call back and a driver was sent back with a replacement pizza. Thank goodness my 5yo son had the presence of mind to check the box. They had again brought the same incorrect pizza! The driver said he would return with the correct one and also come back with replacement ice creams. On their 3rd visit to my home they finally got the pizza correct but forgot to bring the ice creams. On their 4th visit they delivered the ice creams that were again completely inedible. I rang the mobile number the store had called me from earlier and told them I wanted my money back. A driver came back for the 5th time tonight and handed me $9 something for the ice creams. Honestly they should have refunded my entire order. $52.40 for this disaster and three hours of messing around. My son was 1.5 hours late to bed. So not worth my effort for a convenient, easy and early night. I'm furious but it's worse because every order is like this. We have been loyal customers of Capalaba Pizza Hut for over 15 years and will never, EVER use them again....
Read moreLook, we ordered from the Pizza Hut Capalaba store as a last resort as we felt like pizza, but our local non chain store wasn't open. So our expectations were already lowered, but we werent prepared for how bad it could be. I rarely write reviews, but the experience was so poor and disappointing I felt it was my duty to leave a review to ward of other locals.
We ordered a Pepperoni and a Prawn pizza, both on thin and crispy. Fairly basic order, that I feel, is hard to mess up. I'm not sure what was up, but the prawns were sour and smelled off - we had a bite and couldnt continue.
The pizza bases themself felt like were were eating stale day old pizza. The garlic bread was a soggy mess, and also tasted stale.
We werent expecting to have our minds blown, but it was below disappointing and just straight up inedible.
100% will be avoiding pizza from this store, even if we are craving for it, even if it was the last darn store...

Drinks didn't come with the order after being delivered late - both pepperoni pizzas had some weird method of piling the pepperoni in a pile on each slice and not "tiling" the pizza - strangest presentation of a pizza we've ever seen - other pizza was average at best - and the the fun with the store management ensued and a complaint to Head Office to get a refund for item not delivered hasn't even been answered despite several messages and emails. $43 out of pocket and you cant even get to them to talk about it. Simply an organization that doesn't care whatsoever and acts in a completely deceptive and misleading way - let's see whether a QCAT trubunal summonces smartens up their act - really hope this lot go into insolvency again as their service outcomes shows they...
