Roll'd Morayfield — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I asked a for bah mi roll with two meats then proceeded to asked for a second roll for my friend After paying I looked at the receipt & realised I was charge for 3 rolls instead of two with one having extra meat, I approached the attendant with the issue at hand, she replied with a very negative attitude & proceeded to tell me I’m wrong & that she conformed with me that I wanted three & I replied by saying no, even my friend heard me stating I wanted one with extra meat & a second normal one , she further proceeded to state I’m wrong & the she refuses to refund me because it’s my fault, also having a very under minding attitude, I said to hear my friend is a whittness to my statement & that if a refund isn’t issued I will be contacting a higher chain of management. Her attitude quickly changed & she said politely I can’t issue a refund at all I’m sorry, I asked her, for her floor manager, she replied with she’s not in today I further said as retail law states you have to offer either a store credit or cash refund as the goods are not what I asked for, being the retailers mistake The matter is still needing to be resolved but my email & name was left them so fingers crossed it’s resolved in the right way, what a shame to as this business has such a...

Tried ordering on the APP, this was a hassle. Couldn't get a time for collection. Called the store, which went through to an alternate person, not at the store. Placed order, but they didn't have the plant based chicken or normal chicken for rice bowls. They then had to call the store to see if they had sufficient ingredients to make my order, before proceeding with the order. This delayed our order by an additional 10mins. On collection, the young female staff member was abrupt and very rude, referring to the fact I had to still pay for the items. Which I knew and proceeded to do. On opening the food, the lack of vegetables and meat in all 4 rice bowls was noted. For the price of $17.00 each, I would expect better. After a couple of errands done - it was decided to try the new Roll'd Vietnamese fast Food place. For starters we had the Roast Pork and Crackling Bao = $ 6.00 - for $ 5.00 extra you got small crispy Prawns and a drink of your choice. Next was the Mixed Chicken and Beef Pho' (2022 KJ in a bowl) = broth - pho noodles - sliced beef and shredded chicken - spring onion - pickled red onion - beanshoots - and my favourite - coriander and lemon - $12.90 Absolutely delicious. The staff very friendly and helpfull - a very well organised new venue! I am sure we going to try more Vietnamese dishes next time.
