I don’t usually complain and I feel horrible doing so as I also work in the hospitality industry myself.

I struggle with an ED, eating out can be quit confronting for me to eat out. I choose to eat at your store today, as it’s healthy and also provides nutritional information. I was already completely uncomfortable and when I asked about the content of what was in the chicken pho, the server basically shouted at me “ look on our website” i already had. I then tried to explain I have special dietary requirements and both him and the manager seem frustrated over the fact I was asking so many questions. I asked if I could swap my noodles for extra chicken, I was told yes. I received my soup to find no extra chicken. I went back and questioned it to which who I perceived to be the manager angrily told me with frustration that I had to pay the extra. So I did, he snatched my bowl and gave me 2 extra small Chunks of chicken. I actually left, sat in my car and cried because of the way they both made me feel.

I’m not here looking for an apology, refund or an argument on the situation. Just Change your behaviour and think twice next time about how your handling “ difficult customers” like myself. Because at the end of the day you don’t know that person or what they are going...

I stopped by this busy food court spot for a bowl of pho, and it definitely hit the mark. The portion was generous – perfect if you’re really hungry – and packed with crisp, fresh veggies that gave it that satisfying, clean flavour you want in a good pho.

Ordered a few dishes and they were bloody disgusting… ordered seafood got given disgusting dried up chicken strips that were as hard as tyre rubber, added tofu and mushroom were both equally as over cooked and yuck. Order raw beef soup was given pickled silverside slices that looked like a miscarriage in the middle of my soup, the broth was like tasteless dishwater. Ordered a banh mi roll which… was a dried up disappointment as well given a whole spring onion stalk in place of lemon grass. beef was crusty… didn’t even want to feed it to my dog threw the whole order in the bin. Haven’t been this disappointed with meal this bad in a long time!!! definitely in the top 3 for worse “food” I’ve ever received and paid...
