Service was absolutely awful, the woman took a while before she even came out and acknowledged us - was standing on the phone to someone.

The ice cream was below average, it was icey not creamy like it had been completely melted and refreezed - the variety was a bit pathetic too. The price is definitely not worth what you end up with.

Also the website says Sundaes - nope. They don’t do them apparently. Which is the main reason we went. So my partner ended up getting nothing. Either it’s false advertising or the worker was just flat out not interested in making them.

Service doesn't exist at this place. The person who served me took five minutes to notice I was there waiting to be served. When I eventually got her attention I asked her to serve me and she wandered over, she then overcharged me, spent ten minutes attempting to rectify the over charging, forgot what I ordered, then attempted to actually serve someone else before making my ice cream!
