Subway — Restaurant in Griffith City Council

Business advertises closing time at 8:30pm on a weekday. I got to the Banna Avenue Subway at 7:54pm on a Tuesday evening, to find to my dismay that the front doors were locked and the staff were still inside cleaning up. Whilst I was standing at the door, two other equally frustrated and annoyed customers also turned up. This is unacceptable of any franchise business. You adhere to the advertised trading hours. That means, you serve right up until the advertised closing time. Even if it is a quiet evening. The cleaning commences AFTER the advertised closing time!

That new staff is very miser me and my friends ordered a green salad with chicken, that all was less then half bowled and then i was ordered a cup of cock but that lady said sorry our machine is not working but after another customer was come and she ask for cup of drink she give her cup to that lady and then i ask that lady; you said that machine is not working then she said sorry i can't understand what you say I was a regular customer from last 3 months but now i will never come again

But the other lady who is working from before that girl she is really good she give very good...

Meal was decent without many complaints. Service was pretty questionable though. I thought the concept of subway was choice. Was challenged on all our choices. Came in confident but I left feeling unsure. Yes I know there's garlic butter and yes I want garlic sauce too. And when I order a blue cheese special I'd like to know blue cheese isn't an option before the final stage of adding the cheese. 3.5 taste. -1 for service. -0.5 for the exploded blue cheese wrap without the blue cheese.
