Pizzeria and Gelato bar — Restaurant in Hamilton Island

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hamilton Islands Pizzeria and Gelato Bar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the cozy ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the pizzas! The truffle pizza and Quattro formaggio pizza were hands down the best I've ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the crust was thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The truffle pizza had a heavenly aroma and the truffle oil added a luxurious touch to every bite. As for the Quattro formaggio pizza, the combination of four different cheeses was a cheese lover's dream come true. Each slice was a gooey, melty masterpiece.

The service at Hamilton Islands Pizzeria and Gelato Bar was exceptional.

In addition to the amazing food and service, the location of the pizzeria is breathtaking. Situated on Hamilton Island, the restaurant offers stunning views of the surrounding turquoise waters and lush greenery. It's a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds.

A pizza crematorium, selling badly cooked pizza at top end prices.

Between two families we bought 6 pizzas. It was extremely busy and the pizza was very expensive, which normally reflects quality, but on Hamilton only reflects the lack of options you have. To be fair the service was friendly and helpful, the location excellent and the restaurant itself nice enough inside.

The pizza were cooked in a conveyor belt oven with the pizzas packed (even overlapping each other) on the conveyer. Based on the state of our pizzas I'm guessing the temperature was on maximum to get pizzas produced in the quickest possible time (as I said - it was very busy).

We had ordered a variety of pizza but they were all essentially the same: a crispy brown crust covering a thick layer of rubberised cheese, on top of a machine made base. We could not identify evidence of any form of tomato base under the cheese. Quite honestly, dollar for dollar, the worst pizza I've had.

Maybe the positive reviews were from good nights and we got unlucky, maybe they are from people with low pizza expectations, but my advice is to walk past the tables of people eating pizzas and see if you can tell if they're cremated or if they look good, and base your...

I am writing to formally complain about an alarming and dangerous experience I had with one of your delivery drivers on July 7 around 8pm. My partner and I were walking on Resort drive, when we had a deeply unsettling encounter with a female driver.

The driver was speeding excessively, driving well above the safe speed limit for the area. As we were walking along the side of the road, she drove dangerously close to us. To make matters worse, she then drove directly alongside us, intimidating us by continuously high-beaming her headlights, beeping and throwing her hands up at us out the window, despite the fact that it was not warranted or necessary. This reckless behavior made us feel threatened and unsafe.

We were both extremely shocked and concerned about the potential risk to our safety. The actions of this driver were unprofessional, dangerous, and could have led to serious consequences.

I urge you to investigate this incident and take the necessary steps to prevent such reckless driving in the future. No one should feel at risk while simply walking on the road, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated.
