Spent close to $50 on food, came into to order so there would be no confusion, i asked for no tomato on everything, got it on every burger and wrap, took the food back, explained the situation and was treated with disrespect, after waiting a good 10 minutes for the new burgers and wraps (the rest of my order was left on the counter in the meantime to go cold) they arrived, i asked to check them before she packed them, she dumped them on counter in front of me 2 x burgers and 2 x wraps, then proceed to serve the next customer, so i checked a wrap first and yep you guessed it, tomato. I thought it was the same wrap i was previously given however this one was made with a stale crusty wrap that was brittle and fallling apart, so i checked a burger, no tomato thankfully but the bun was hard and stale and it looked slaped together worse than the original even with less actual content between the buns, mean while the employee behind the counter is taking the next order over my shoulder. Disgusted, i re packed the food myself and left, now i have close to $50 worth of "food" that i wont eat let alone feed to my dog, kfc kingston has been my preferred store since my parents would take me from when i was knee high, however i now strongly feel that once they have your money you are woth nothing to them. Read more-Over the past few months, we have had multiple issues with our burger meal orders from this establishment. -Two months ago, when we placed an order through MenuLog, we received someone else's order entirely. -Then, just two weeks ago, another MenuLog order was missing a burger from our meal. -Most recently, we decided to visit the drive-thru for another burger feast, but once again experienced problems. Our order was missing a Zinger burger and an order of chips. Additionally, we paid for 12 Wicked Wings but only received 10. This is completely unacceptable. We paid in full for our orders, yet keep receiving incomplete or incorrect items. -If the staff are unable to fulfill orders accurately, they should not be working these positions. My experience involved ordering a three piece chicken meal,granted it cost me $11.95, but honestly the three pieces of chicken were smaller than a quail,(and undernourished to the point where the R.S.P..C.A would be called to investigate. The chips tasted and looked like they were fried hours before and re-heated while waiting for order.
