We booked for a group of 7 on a Tuesday night. Super happy we did, all plates were the one low price of $3.90 which is super cheap! Usually the plates are charged according to the colour. We had never been before and were suitably impressed by the selection, flavour, presentation, friendliness of the staff and the overall experience. The plates rolled past our table and were up for the taking. There was so much to choose from and they all were delicious. We had a celiac with us and he easily chose from the tablet menu on the table and the train delivered his meals directly to our table post haste. We devoured a massive 39 plates and had a round of drinks and it only set us back just under $170! Pretty great for a party of 7 in my opinion. Definitely worth it on the Tuesday special day, would have cost us quite a bit more any other night. Hands down can recommend for an evening out, small kids would love the train too. Will be going again for sure!

My partner was looking for ramen online, but everything was closed and so we drove to Kingston for something else. We stumbled upon this place, which makes Ramen, and so we went in to try. Ramen was actually not that great as everything was cold, and by everything, I meant it. The bokchoy, corn, bamboo shoot, and the egg. Soup tasted like MSG, but the only good thing about it was the Char Siu. It's definitely a good piece of Char siu. I guess this was expected since this place was a sushi restaurant. On the other hand, I usually don't enjoy sushi, but this might be one of the best sushi I've ever had. I ordered the waygu and the eel nigiri and this was honestly so good. I may not come back for Ramen but will definitely come back for sushi !!

A beautifully styled space with the fun of a sushi train offering a continuous stream of sushi and other dishes. We had takeaway, which was quite nice. The staff member who served me was polite and friendly, though a little too optimistic about the wait time. The overall experience could have been improved by more careful attention to detail in the sushi work (neatness and precision), and consideration to the packaging (paper bags in a plastic carry bag made for some slightly squashed sushi rolls). Also, the layout of the shop entrance is awkward as the open door blocks the takeaway counter, requiring lots of polite shuffling of people whenever a customer enters. Would like to return for the dine-in sushi train experience.

2-3months ago We ordered a big box of sushi platter and something else. Your waitress said it was ok for dinning in . Then another waitress supervisor ?came out and said it was actually for only takeaway. The supervisor said it was ok to dine in this time but not next time. Surprise! Haven’t seen many waitresses talk to customers like this. It was more like complaining to us/a teacher giving instructions to students. Apparently she was angry while talking. It was your managing mistake and you shall not express your anger to customers. It was very offensive . After this, it still looked like nothing serious had happened and she didn’t apologize to us at all.

Another thing is the noodles taste like supermarket sourced packets flavor. Taste a bit cheap. I suggest you make fresh noodles in the kitchen. It would taste much better.

Plus the platter sushi rice taste so hard. Rice didn’t taste fresh.

Your waitress supervisor should think about her customer service skill seriously. Very...
