Liv Eat Healthy Eating Kingston — Restaurant in Hobart

Today in the Kingston shop A staff member publically made false alligations towards me in front of a store full of people…calling me raciest…because I said ‘do you understand?’ When little to no verbal customer service given at time of purchase. Alligations of racisum were made infront of a shop, mostly full of customers at lunch time…. This attack continued with finger pointing & elevated behaviour..intimidating towards me The Manager was serving at the time & did not interven to stop this customer abuse…to busy was reported by manager when asked.. At 70yo I should not be subjected to such alligations when ordering a smoothie!! Me revisiting this shop will never be!! I’ve e-mailed the manager but recieved a wierd block reply… I’ll be elevating this to the core body of Liveat in Tasmania My 7 years of enjoying the customer service & food products with my family & grandkids is mow finished by my entire family Thankyou to the young causaion girl who was the only one who helped me: firstly by attempting to steer abusive staff member out the door then when refunding me, offered comforting words..thanks Liveat this is NOT acceptable...

My workmates & I usually visit Liv-Eat Kingston after work for a quick evening snack & a cuppa tea/coffee. We particularly relish the chicken and cheese toasties and the tandoori chicken paninis. The staff here are warm, friendly & very helpful. Service has been great so far. Hoping that it continues. Food quality is really good too. Coffees are prepared well and are always hot & fresh. I would have rated 5 stars but sometimes the food/service quality is not always consistent. For example less butter on toasties often make it too dry, too much chicken over other ingredients disrupting the flavour balance etc. Get charged for a medium drink but get offered a small cup instead etc. Some of the staff are really accurate with their work while some need to be monitored as they make silly errors with order processing and preparation. This one - dont bother! Waited to be served while Batista was busy flirting with other wait staff, when finally served by another staff member who had been so busy stacking and breaking every piece of crockery instore by the sound of things, was told that even though dish advertised outside as being available - no soup not available, try something else... So ordered smoothies...waited 10mins.. .. When finally gave up and asked for refund...staff couldn't find order.. It had been placed in "wrong"section.
