Always check and recheck with this store. Staff are poorly trained and often make mistakes which never get fixed. If offered a credit for another pizza call back within 15mins to confirm its on the system as it'll rarely be put on there. I'm editing this review to add this part. I'm now seeing a profile claiming to be the store owner directing you to use the feedback form. Don't believe anything he tells you. I have been abused by one of the managers because they got my order wrong then he tried to claim it wasn't him that abused me. Took it all the way to the area rep. Told that it was being fixed and that the owner himself was placing a credit for a 3 pizza family meal deal delivered on my phone number. Never happened and when I emailed the area rep to question it I was met with silence. They'll try to make good when you first complain but as soon as they think you're happy they'll write it off as customer happy you'll get ignored and not even what they promised as compensation comes through. I called another 30 minutes later, to be told once again by another worker I had misread the time and told me wait another 15 minutes.
I waited another 30 minutes and still no delivery. I called in again for the 3rd time and expressed my displeasure with their service. As I hung up the phone, I heard the phone operator swear at me.
After almost 2 and a half hours, I finally received my pizzas. What's worse is that they refused to deliver it to my address (I've had delivery several times before to the same address). I had to meet them almost a kilometer down from my house.
Looking at the reviews, it seems this poor level of service is quite regular. Don't bother trying to get me through to an area rep or fill out a feedback form. I've contacted my people in the Franchise Operations team. My last name should be a dead giveaway of whom I speak of.

The workers were extremely rude over the phone and in person, They need to improve their egos because they work at a pizza shop not Christian Dior. The manager was no help at all when I made a complaint. The prices were ridiculous, I understand you have to make a living but would you feed your family the pizzas you serve? I don’t think so because I got served raw meat on my meat lovers. I think a large majority of your staff should quit or get fired because if your manager doesn’t get you, I’m sure your mouths might catch up. Some people are called durable and reliable but these people clearly can’t even cook meat properly. Their work place must be dirty just to match the attitudes of their workers.
