We had such a great experience at W.H.I.P Patisserie! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The space itself has a lovely, inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying their delicious treats.

The food was absolutely fantastic – you can tell that a lot of care and passion goes into everything they make. One of the owners even took the time to chat with us about their process, which was fascinating. They shared insights into how some of their products are made and even gave us recommendations for pottery studios, which was such a thoughtful touch!

As vegans, we sometimes struggle to find businesses that are not only fully plant-based but also vegan-owned, so it’s amazing to have a place like W.H.I.P to support. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do, and it really shows in their food and service.

This week WHIP Patisserie opened its first store on Beaufort Street, making it Perth’s only completely vegan French patisserie!

Whip have been selling their beautiful French pastries at markets around Perth over the last three years, but now we won’t have to wait till the weekend to get our pastry fix!

They sell a range of filled pastries and croissants, as well as tarts, quiches, macarons and other desserts. I particularly love the creativity of their flavours and the use of Australian natives.

I couldn’t resist trying the current Valentines’s Day special: a lychee crème filled eclair topped with a tangy raspberry chocolate. It was absolutely delicious, the crème filling was very light and not overly sweet, and the chocolate had a beautifully potent raspberry flavour!
