This place was cute! I'll be honest, some menu items were a bit pricey for what you got but considering it's out in Jindy ya can't really blame them. Burritos aren't that authentic and everything was a too salty but i'd say pretty tasty overall. Edit: I'm sure you can imagine why I'd mistake a restaurant named 'Bebita' selling Mexican food, as a Mexican restaurant... The ingredients were fresh, I don't deny that, but everything was salty, almost overbearingly so. That was the main reason for 4/5 stars instead of 5, not the price. We got the chicken burrito and the filling was decent but the chicken was quite dry, there was barely any guac. The slaw was tasty and I like that you fried the burritos to get them crispy. I think the menu online has it down as $16 instead of $18 so you might want to update that if you can. The wait times were also long, we were the only 2 people in the restaurant at the time and had to wait a good 45 mins for our burritos- didn't mention this at first because I understand staff shortages etc but it did impact the experience so that's my feedback in more details. Overall the food is pretty good and I'd eat here again, tone down the salt and add a bit more guac and you're great.

We went here for dinner and there was a little wait, but we were able to get a table after about 15 minutes. Which was very quick. The food menu was on a traditional blackboard, very old school but there was options to choose from. It was fusion vegetarian and meat options. The burritos were very yummy and the three soft tacos were awesone. The fact that they have an open kitchen was good as well, as you can see everything that happens and when your food is being prepared. If you like my review, please tick the blue hand to help me keep people informed of new and more exciting options...

I was so pleased to find this café open on Good Friday (thank you so much!). I had the vegetable tacos and they were, hands down, the best tacos that I can remember eating. Chargrilled cauliflower plus all of the usual ingredients. I’m looking forward to the generous slice lemon cheesecake that I’ve bought to take back to my tent for dinner. The place is really busy for a public holiday and the staff are doing an amazing job, still friendly and smiling. Recommend 100%. I’ll come back again next time I’m in town for the same dish!

Hi team Bebita, Thanks for your response. From your message, I can clearly sense that you have been heavily misguided. Please take some time to check your surveillance on that day when I went in the store. After waiting for the longest time for food, I went in with the biggest smile on my face. I could see how busy the café was and I wanted to only check how much longer it may take to serve food. When you check the footage, you will see that I went in (again with a smile) and asked the lady at reception, “I wanted to know how much longer it may take. We have to hit the road so I need an estimate time, PLEASE”. Now when your staff replied, neither did she apologise, nor respond with any basic etiquette. She was annoyed by my presence, which you will notice on the footage and her first response was, “Do you want your money back?”. I was shocked to feel the audacity of this behaviour. Then I told them, “I don’t want the money back, I just wanted to know how much longer since we need to head for Sydney shortly”. Your staff responded, “You can’t hurry up good food, so if you want good food, you have to wait.” Mind you, no apologies, no answer to my question of how much longer, they had an annoyed impression and were extremely rude. At that same time, your chef answered to me, “you are wasting our time by talking to us, the more time you talk to us, the food will be more delayed.” Again, please check your surveillance that the moment, your chef said these words to me, I replied by said okay and left the store to sit outside and tell my friends and husband of the RACIST ATTITUDE I just faced.

You should take these allegations seriously, that is what I have faced and your staff should take ownership of their unacceptable behaviour. I did not sit at your restaurant for an hour to get a full refund. When you mention refund, no food was served to us in the first place, rather we had our time wasted by your incompetent staff, a racist experience in what seemed to be a nice café to spend our morning and our holiday was completely ruined by this behaviour.

I absolutely disagree that your “staff is committed to providing excellent service to all customers, regardless of their background and age.” If you do want to create that image, the 2 staff present on the day should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Thanks.

2nd Oct 2023

I had a disgusting racist experience. My friends and I were waiting for over an hour and I just went in to ask the staff if it was to going to be too late. Instantly the staff started saying if I want my money back and some other unnecessary comments. They said they can't hurry up good food, I'm wasting their time, and they are getting more late since I'm still talking to them. Their service and community was absolutely...

Bebitas is an absolute gem! From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The service is impeccable, with the staff always attentive and eager to ensure your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

The menu is a delightful fusion of fresh, bold flavors and comforting classics, but the real showstopper here is the cheesecake. It’s honestly in a league of its own. Each bite is a perfect balance of creamy, velvety smoothness and just the right amount of sweetness, with a crust that’s wonderfully buttery and crisp. Whether you’re a fan of traditional flavours or enjoy more adventurous twists, Bebitas cheesecake lineup will leave you speechless.

Trust me, once you try Bebitas cheesecake, you’ll need therapy to recover from the addiction it creates. Don’t even think about leaving without ordering a slice—or two. You’ve been warned.

It’s clear that Bebitas prides itself on quality and craftsmanship, and the cheesecake truly reflects this dedication. If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favour and make sure to indulge in this unforgettable treat—it’s...
