Chilli Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Joondalup

Went here today, thinking I'd have a lovely Thai lunch. The restaurant was pretty empty when I came in with my son. We ordered quickly, then it started to fill up. 30 minutes after I placed my order, all the other tables have got their food. These are people who have come in after me and placed their orders after mine. I'm still waiting for my single noodle dish. I asked the person at the counter to check how long my good will take, he reluctantly says he will check. I wait and he doesn't bother to let me know how long it's going to take. My son is very restless by now, so I tell them to cancel my order and walk out. Customer service is definitely lacking. I'd say they are a bit...

Amazing food, looked fantastic when my eyes first saw it, but that was second to the smell as it was placed in front of me. The smell and first glimpse of the food was matched by the taste of my Pad Thai and the missus had a Panang Curry, which was also amazing.

The second best part of the experience was paying for our meals, and thanks to the location outside of the main shopping centre, the less rent Chilli Thai pays, the less we have to pay!

Solid experience as the food was amazing, the restaurant cosy and not noisy, was very clean and presentable.

Will be skipping any other Thai restaurant, and will continue...

The decor and design of this restaurant is quite nice. It's very neutral and fits the atmosphere well.

The food is really well cooked and the variety of flavours present in Thai cuisine are also present here. My only complaint is that almost all the dishes are too sweet. If the amount of sugars were reduced a bit, the flavours may become more well-balanced.

Other than the sweetness, I really enjoy the food here. The prices are really reasonable, especially during lunch time when they run a lunch promo. I have, and will continue to recommend Chilli Thai Cuisine to...
