I'm guessing there is a change in management, because after a decade of recommending this place I'm now telling people to stay away. Everything that made them good value is gone. Their news 'value' packs are a rip off, I checked against a few other options. I've been buying chicken frames and bones for my dogs for years and today the tired to charge me $5 a box for packaging. Last time after I email for a bulk quote they tried to double the cost when I picked up, saying those on email don't know what they're talking about ??? Customer service has gone out the window and the price is unreasonable. I won't be back and they've lost a long term...

It is a sad day today.the most wonderful man Tony my butcher passed away.He would always come around from the counter to great me,shake my hand,tell me I have lost weight when I haven't.Then he would. Come to my lawnmower shop and spend money as a sign of respect. He was a beautiful man and the world is missing out because he is gone.my prayers to his lovely wife and beautiful daughters.
