Chinese Canton — Restaurant in Karrinyup

I give 5 stars to the new lady on the checkout who was doing her best under pressure. The lady I think who was the boss however is very rude. Pushing in front of her, growling and grunting while she's trying to do her job to the best of her ability. As I got to the counter and she gave me a friendly smile, I asked her politely for a lid for my food. She was frantically trying her best to find some and when she couldn't she asked her boss. This boss then proceeds to push in front of the new staff member (literally pushing her hand outve the way) and starts interrogating me about what foods I chose for my takeout in a very aggressive manner which I didn't appreciate. I had enough and told her where to go and not to push this poor lady around as I could see she was very fed up too, but was afraid to speak out. If you ever read this lady, you should be ashamed of yourself! the way you treated your new staff member was disgraceful and you need to take a hard look in the mirror at yourself. And to the new lady working at checkout. Your doing an exceptional job under pressure. Keep up the great work and don't let her or anyone...

Worst possible service ever! I asked for some plastic spoons and other cutlery for my food and the young asian lady at the counter started growling at me! Saying “No more! no more” even though I asked politely there was no polite reply in return. Very disappointed… and I found hair particles in my honey chicken which was absolutely disgusting and disappointing! I’m very upset with the service especially for being so rude and stuck up! Please close your shop down if u don’t have good customer service and proper hygiene habits!...

Super pricey mixed vegetables rice. Small plate for $15.50. Asked for a spare disposable plate and wanted to charge $0.50. Asked for a reusable ceramic plate and was told they don't have enough, cannot provide one. Pathetic. Food was so so. Must give it a miss with its pricey tag and...
