Let’s get straight to the point, this place is short-staffed – 90% of the time the dining area is closed, meaning that if you want to get food from there, you’ll need to use the drive-thru. Wait times can take about 15-30 minutes, depending on how busy the drive-thru is that day. Otherwise, there are other cafés around Katherine that provide better options.

On the off chance that the dining area is open, it’s still a mess. Even though I can use the kiosk without trouble, I saw some customers, especially travellers and the elderly, that were wanting to talk to staff to order, but couldn’t because, again, they’re short-staffed. There were also some seats and tables that weren’t wiped down properly, and there were flies roaming around often.

Otherwise, the food themselves were average, just like any other Macca’s...

Food was average, as all maccas food is. However, I parked in the carpark and within 5 minutes people were taking things out of the back of my ute. Now I'm a territorian myself so all the expensive stuff was tied down and the eskys lid had its own special rope keeping it closed, but what about all the people from other states who aren't aware of Katherine's interesting reputation? Cause something should be done if the locals were already checking out my mates ute, and taking stuff out of mine. Be careful when parking here, or anywhere in Katherine as people will take anything they fancy off you if it isn't secured in such a way to hinder...

No good at all, menu had about 6 types burgers, the guy on the voice box just couldn’t understand me, and I had difficulty understanding him. In the end he sold me the worst and driest burger ever. You need to lift your game we are not the local indigenous, even then I’m surprised you don’t have drunken riots on your premises, due to the rubbish that is dished up. Totally disgusting. I’ve been discussing this with a lot of locals, and have a lot more to talk to, I know everyone in town, I have been here all my life.
