Barely cooked Garlic scrolls As you can clearly see in the pictures, it was super disgusting. The scrolls were barely cooked. It was just a raw flour dough with cheese in it🤮 I also found a blond hair on top of one of the scrolls. Just disgusting. You should either train your workers to do better and be more hygienic or just stop serving people disgusting food. To make it more clear, this is not the first time I had issues with food in this store. One day I ordered a paneer pizza and the pizza came without any Paneer. When I called and asked they said they were out of stock, and I asked “why didn’t you mention it when I placed the order?”. The staff said they didn’t think that it’s too important to mention . Bunch of useless people. I made my first order online at 5 and received the wrong pizza at 5:30. Called them and they said they will make a replacement but they are also busy. I call again at 6:50 to tell them I still haven't received my pizza and they tell me it looks like it should be out for delivery so call back in 10 minutes if it hasn't arrived. I call back at 7 and they said they will make me another replacement but it will take anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour 30 minutes, fine. I call back at 8:45 and ask where my replacement pizza is and they tell me it's not in their system and they can't make it now. I ask for a refund and they say they can't but they can offer two free pizzas for my next order. Yay, two more pizzas they can screw up and probably not...

I ordered two value boxes and two caramel thick shakes with cream. I got a phone call to say that there was only vanilla or chocolate. Not a problem. But when I opened my value boxes that I asked for I just had two boxes of popcorn chicken. I thought according to the menu I was supposed to get a cheesey garlic scroll, hot chips, popcorn chicken and chicken bites. I tried repeatedly to ring the store. I rang the Launceston Domino's with a query about what was in the value box to be told that they had never heard of it and that I had received two mega chicken boxes.
